Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you sign up for emails, we collect your first name and email address. We only collect this if you choose to sign up. Your details are stored by our email service provider, Kit (kit.com), which also sends our emails. We send a confirmation email first, and you are added to our list only after you click the link in it. The signup form loads from Kit's servers, so Kit may receive your IP address and set cookies.

How we use it

To send you fare tips, flight deal emails and travel emails about flying to India. We do not sell your personal information. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and each one includes our mailing address. We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It collects basic information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your general location (city or country), and it sets cookies in your browser, such as _ga. We do not use this to identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs. We do not currently show ads. If we add ads, we will update this policy first.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, the company you visit, such as Amazon, may set its own cookies to record that you came from our site. See our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.

Other websites

When you click a link to another site, that site's privacy policy applies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello.flytoindia@gmail.com. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
